Information pursuant to § 5 DDG / § 5 TMG · As of May 2026
Note on formation status: AUGH UG is currently being formed. Notarial deed is in progress; registration at Amtsgericht Konstanz has been filed. During this phase we operate as “AUGH UG i.G.” (“in Gründung” — in formation). Once the entry in the commercial register is completed, we will add the HR number and remove the “i.G.” suffix. This is an English translation; in case of conflict the German version is legally binding.

A VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a UStG has been applied for at the Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern) and will be added here once granted. Until then, tax registration is handled by the Konstanz tax office.
